Brief introduction
The meat moisture rapid analyzer has the function of quickly measuring the moisture content of fresh meat such as pigs, cows, sheep, chickens, etc., with high accuracy and without damaging the tested sample. When the moisture content exceeds the standard, a beep will sound and the indicator light for exceeding the standard will flash. This instrument is small in size, easy to carry, fast in detection speed, and convenient for on-site testing. The meat moisture rapid analyzer also has the function of storing and uploading detection data, which can store inspection results and view historical data by flipping pages on the detector at any time, or upload data to the management computer through the communication interface.

3、 Operating instructions
1. Install the battery
Open the back shell of the instrument body, place a 9V 6F22 battery into the battery slot, and fasten the left battery two pole socket.
2. Power on/off
Press and hold the power button for 1 second to turn on the device. After turning on, the instrument's display screen shows "CL-0". Press and hold the power button for 1 second while in the on state to turn off the device. In the power on state, if there is no button operation within 2 minutes, the instrument will automatically shut down.
3. Display instructions
“P--x”: Set the mode. Where x can be 1 or 2, "P-1" represents setting meat, and "P-2" represents setting time.
“R--x”: The currently selected meat. Where x can be 1, 2, 3, or 4. 1 represents pork, 2 represents beef, 3 represents lamb, and 4 represents chicken. (Note that in actual testing, other types of meat can also be tested, usually choosing R-1). “CL--x”: Measurement frequency. Where x can be a number from 0 to 9.
CL --0 "represents the initial state. The battery symbol in the upper left corner of the display screen indicates the current remaining battery level.
The storage capacity indicator in the upper position of the display screen indicates the current stored data capacity.
4. Set meat
Press the settings button, and the display screen will show "P-1" with the number 1 flashing continuously. Press the up and down keys to select 1, and press the confirm key to enter the meat selection mode. The screen will display "P-1" and "R-1", where the number 1 in "R-1" keeps flashing, indicating that the type of meat to be tested can be selected. Press the up and down keys to select meat, press the confirm key to confirm, and after the settings are completed, the display screen will show "CL --0".
5. Set time
Press the setting button, the display screen will show "P-1", and the number 1 will flash continuously. Press the up and down keys to select 2, and press the confirm key to enter the setting time mode. The display screen will show "P-2", and the time setting position will flash. Press the up and down keys to proceed with the setting. Press the confirm key to switch to the next position. After completing the setting, return to the initial state "CL --0".
a) Measurement: In the initial state of "CL-0", insert the probe into the tested meat and gently straighten it (without applying pressure). Press the measurement button, and the number on the display will automatically increase by 1, becoming "CL-1". Release the measurement button and repeat this operation until the display shows "CL-9". Insert the probe into the measured sample again, press the measurement button, and the instrument will automatically display the moisture content result of the measured sample.
b) To measure another sample, simply press and hold the OK button for 1 second, and the instrument will automatically return to the initial state "CL-0" to repeat a The steps are to conduct measurements.
c) After the measurement is completed, if you want to store the measurement results, press the save button, and the instrument will store a set of data such as the moisture content of the measured sample in the database. The instrument will beep once and the "REC" on the display screen will be displayed once. When it is necessary to view historical data, you can press the up and down keys in the initial state to scroll up or down for viewing. Each time, you can view a set of data, such as date, time, moisture content, etc.
d) Return to initial state: Press and hold the OK key for a long time to return to the initial state "CL --0".
e) To manage the operation of the upper computer, connect the randomly attached communication cable to the serial port (RS232) of the computer, start the computer, install the management software in the randomly attached CD, run the management software, click the communication button to enter the communication state between the computer and the instrument, and then press the download data button to upload the data saved on the instrument to the computer. The report can be displayed and printed on the computer, and the detection data can be stored in the database of the management computer for query and traceability. The format of the printed report can be customized according to user requirements.
f) Meat type calibration curve management can be upgraded and corrected at any time through the management computer.
4、 Precautions
1. When conducting measurements, the probe should be inserted into the lean meat area and should not be inserted into fat, tendons, bones, or exposed to the air.
2. When measuring, after the probe is fully inserted, gently straighten it with your hand and do not apply force.
3. During the detection process, if the horn symbol on the display screen flashes, it indicates that the measurement operation is incorrect or the sample contains very uneven water. Sampling should be stopped and the operation should continue until the horn symbol no longer flashes.
4. When the battery indicator grid on the instrument display screen is 0, the battery should be replaced in a timely manner. When the instrument is not in use for a long time, the internal battery should be removed.
5. The instrument should be protected from direct sunlight and rain, and any residue on the probe should be promptly removed after use.
